Dispatch and delivery
Order before 6pm on a working day and your parcel leaves the next working day, tracked, in packaging that says nothing about what is inside it.
When your order leaves
One cut-off, three cases. Nothing leaves at a weekend or on a bank holiday.
- Before 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Leaves the next working day.
- After 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Counts as the following working day’s order, and leaves the working day after that.
- Weekends and bank holidays
- Counts as the next working day’s order, and leaves the working day after that.
A countdown on every product page and in the basket shows exactly how long is left, in UK time, so you never have to work it out from this page. Dispatch also depends on payment clearing and the item being in stock — a pre-order leaves once its batch arrives, and the date we expect that is shown on the product and in your basket before you pay.
Choosing a service
Every service is Royal Mail, fully tracked, and may require a signature. The window below starts on the day the parcel leaves, which the rule above decides. Prices are shown at checkout.
| Service | After dispatch | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Tracked 48 | 2 working days | The default at checkout, and free above the order threshold. |
| Tracked 24 | 1 working day | Same tracking, one day sooner. |
| Special Delivery by 1pm | 1 working day, before 1pm | Royal Mail’s fastest tracked option, and the only one carrying their compensation cover. |
What arrives
An unmarked outer
A plain box or mailer with a Royal Mail label on it. No compound names, no branding and nothing on the outside that describes the contents. The sender shows as the trading name on the label because a parcel has to have a return address; nothing else on it identifies what you have bought.
Vials that travel at room temperature
Everything ships lyophilised — freeze-dried and sealed under vacuum — which is exactly the state in which a peptide is at its most stable. A day or two in a van is not a cold-chain problem for a powder in a sealed vial, so there is no ice pack to fail and no window to miss. Refrigeration matters after you reconstitute, not before.
Your batch reference
Where a batch reference has been assigned, it is printed on the vial label. If a certificate has been published for that batch you can read it before the parcel has even arrived — the reference on the label is what you type into batch verification. Referencing does not yet cover every product, so some vials carry none.
If something goes wrong
Four situations, and what we do in each. In all of them the first step is the same: tell us, with your order reference.
The tracking stops moving
Tell us and we will open a case with the carrier the same working day. Royal Mail will not treat a parcel as lost until its own timescales have run — ten working days for a tracked service — and we cannot shorten that. What we can do is chase it, keep you posted, and settle it the moment the carrier reaches a conclusion.
Once the investigation closes with the parcel unaccounted for, Cedar Peptides replaces the order or refunds it. Which of the two is your choice, not ours.
Tracking says delivered and you have nothing
Check with neighbours and look for a safe-place photograph on the tracking record first — the great majority resolve there. If it is genuinely missing, tell us within seven days of the delivery scan and we will raise it with the carrier.
Where tracking confirms delivery to the address given at checkout and the carrier upholds that, responsibility has passed to the recipient. We will still help you pursue it.
The address was wrong
Addresses are printed exactly as entered at checkout, so please read yours back before paying — particularly the house number or building name, which is the field that goes wrong most often.
If you spot a mistake before the parcel leaves, contact us and we will correct it at no charge. Once it has been collected we cannot recall it. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable can be sent out again, but the second postage is chargeable.
We decline to ship
Cedar Peptides may hold or cancel an order before dispatch where a payment, verification or regulatory question arises. Anything paid for an order we do not send is refunded in full to the original payment method.
This is rare, and it is not an accusation. Where we can explain, we will.
Ask us about a parcel
Support answers order and delivery questions on working days. Have your order reference to hand and we can usually tell you where a parcel is before the carrier’s own tracking updates.
